With house proofed Sicilian dough, topped with cheese, tomato sauce, and dare we say even occasionally your other favorite ingredients; our pan pies are produced fresh daily in the very same deep dish square pans that make Detroit pizza, well...Detroit. Our thick steel pans deliver a unique crunchy but light crust; perfectly prepared oven baked toppings; and the caramelized cheese edges that hold it all together. We may not have any cars on the island, but we have Motown and a square to spare.
